All sales are final. All items are inspected prior to being shipped.
Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately once the order(s) has been picked up or shipped we do not offer any refunds. Meaning, we only offer a refund if the order(s) is still in our hands.
If the item is defective; you can email us at email@example.com to discuss a possible return. Please include your order number and photo(s) of the defective product. From there we may send you a return shipping label including instructions on how/where to send your product. Your refund will be processed once we receive the defective product that is UNUSED. Items that are sent back to us without emailing first are not accepted.
